Today in Poland, will enter into force the Additional Protocol to the Convention CMR 2008 r. of electronic waybill. At first glance, this is great news for the industry TSL, because transport documents digitization brings great opportunities. Unfortunately, there are serious doubts, whether the new rules will cause in Poland any legal consequences due to the wrong mode of ratification of the Protocol. Continue reading →
