The author is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completed postgraduate studies on European Law, Adam Mickiewicz University and the Postgraduate School of Business Law at Warsaw University.
From 2007 r. solicitor and partner in the law firm and Judek Działyński Partnership of Legal Advisers in Poznań. Member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
Author ponad 100 legal articles m.in. in “Republic”, “Lawyers Gazette”, “Tax Gazette”, “Official Insurance” i “Polish daily Gazeta Transport”.
Lecturer rights on classes for trainees at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan.
