Recently in one of the Review to notify the, that the 1 January 2012 r. challenging the carriers that the penalties imposed by the Road Transport Inspectorate will again have to submit a complaint to the Regional Administrative Court in Warsaw. But I received a letter from the Office of the President is giving hope to, that soon the situation will change.
The contents of the letter shows, that the President to change the law on road transport sees the need to issue a new regulation, and work on it has already begun. The full text of the letter below.
It is impossible not to enjoy such a reaction from the Office of the President. It is disappointing, that no one thought about this before, and some carriers have to submit their complaints to court in Warsaw. In this situation, a good solution to, to the new regulation was the same transitional provision, which was used previously. Matters already addressed to the Administrative Court in Warsaw would then be forwarded to the competent courts because of the established carriers, except for those matters, which have already set a hearing. So I'll try to look at the work on the Regulation and, if you intervene again 🙂

I fear only that the return: “work has begun” – regulation of property is literally a few rules – thing to do in two days. Other topics introduced in haste and “the knee” – what the effects are devastating, and when you do something well is to collect bodies, Committees, office and ask questions and work… 🙂
