It is a good position, we strongly recommend to all readers – The author discusses how complex problems connected with the establishment and payment of compensation for damage to transport. In addition, it established a considerable amount of interesting case, that can be used in litigation.
Unfortunately, it turned out, that Mr. Kamil is in possession of / in book (which is probably significantly contributed to his victory 🙂 ), so we will have to agree on a substitute 🙂
